About Gail B. Goodman

Gail B. Goodman has spent the last three decades teaching financial advisors, insurance agents, managers and trainers how to set appointments. She is widely recognized as “The PhoneTeacher” and has worked with over 90,000 professionals in the industry.

In a world where smartphones have forced everyone to rethink their prospecting activities, Ms. Goodman teaches advisors modern techniques for scheduling appointments. She is an expert on how to speak to a prospect – once you know how to get them on the phone. Through her trainings, keynotes, and books, she provides advisors the language and strategies they need to schedule more new appointments with qualified prospects.

Ms. Goodman is the author of two books: Setting Appointments in the Smartphone World and Modern Appointment Setting – Prospecting and Phoning for Financial Professionals. They both speak to the need to create new prospects and set more appointments in an ever-changing technological world.
